Mickey Shaughnessy (creator) is in and is not seeking a sponsor. Then three Founding Partner spots. Additional spots may be added. Equity is divided evenly among Mickey and the named Founding Partner individuals as spots fill. Horizon: 10–15+ years. Individual equity vests over 10 years (1-year cliff, then monthly). The sponsor’s remaining purchases and advisory rights deepen only as exchange GMV grows.
